  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed working in a team with other people, but it is not the best job I have ever had!

  • Senior members of the team were interested in my opinion, they gave really positive feedback and I definitely felt valued.

  • The scheme is very well organised and our 'champion' put a lot of effort into making sure we were supported.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Consulting is a heavy work load generally and there was plenty to do. A lot of my time was spent formatting documents but if you ask for interesting work you will get it.

  • I asked for responsibility and was given some, the more responsibility you have the harder you work but the more interesting your day is!

  • My degree has benefited from having some real world experience.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Working in the London office is great, at the clients site totally depends on the client.

  • Very well run.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They went to town on us, we were given a budget to spend on our own social and the induction week included an away day which was good fun. There were about 4 paid for socials during the 7 weeks.

  • Had a partner interview at the end and was offered a job!

  • Terrific!

  • London is so expensive but there are a lot of socials which are paid for!

  • There were loads of nights out.

  • In consulting it is hard as you are usually away from the office.
