  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Fantastic - and secured a grad position!

    • They were fantastic and I was invited to all social events!

    • The placement was well organised and i had lots of support.

    • Some days were less busy than others due to the nature of work. Some work I had to do was technical, therefore I could merely shadow, which is understandable.

    • I was asked to carry out tasks which were vital to projects.

    • Not really related to my degree, but that really more to do with my degree.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • hard work was the order of the day; but lots of banter fit in between, especially between my peers on placements.

    • Full schedule on arrival which flowed brilliantly.

    • There wasn't really a requirement for this. I was provided with full IT training and general company practice.

    • I have secured a Job already. In my final year at University; with a job!

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Email banter and social events were very good!

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • Quite expensive - but room in the budget for a night out the day we finished. This was all paid for by the company!

    • Manchester is a great night out!

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?

    • Always emails flying around about football matches, fantasy football leagues and community projects I could take part in.
