Valuation Insight Review

I really enjoyed it to a great extent. I got a clear insight into valuation and I had a hand in some of the comps that were needed to make a valuation report. I also enjoyed meeting the people in the department and looking at how they work as well as getting some good advice for my future.

I felt valued within the team I was working in and everyone was really friendly. They would often ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything which was a pleasant surprise as I had never worked in a large company before and wasn't sure how I would be received but it all went well.

I received quite a fair amount of help and support. Mostly from my graduate but also from the director in my team. They combined set me work to do and explained it very clearly but also when I became stuck they would offer me the correct support to help and then explain it again.

They defiantly will. I got to experience what it was like to do valuation and see how other people work and there skills. Also I got an insight into loads of different teams with the several talks that we had through the week and learning what others do will be really helpful to when I decide what I would like to do.

Very well. We had talks every day with a couple of tours as well as clear meeting points and also information on how to get to certain places. I could not fault the organisation and always got to places on time. which was credit to the organisation that others had put in.

Very good, everyone always seemed to be enjoying themselves and no one ever seemed in a bad mood. It seemed that everyone on my floor knew everyone. Even when we had the drinks with the Grads and directors they all seemed to be enjoying it and I would say the atmosphere was very good.

A lot of time was invested in me but also all the others. They helped us with what to and showed us how we could do things better but also when we were stuck on something they were very good at being able to give us the help we needed.

Very much so. The hours were a good start for us to see what it was like to work at the standard length of time. I also was able to get out and see sights aswell as do inspections which was a helpful experience and something that I would like to do when I have a job.

Very much so, I was able to tell that in this company hierarchy isn't a thing. Everyone sits together and everyone helps each other out which was nice to see and something I didn't expect in such a large company. The culture seemed like everyone got on well and knew eachother on a very personal level.

Really helpful, I got to understand what it was like to work in valuation with present projects which was really helpful. But we also got a few presenations on many of the different teams in the company and it was helpful to see what other people do and what there job entails.
