About You
I really enjoyed my experience, it was very informative and I learned a lot in those three days, I made a lot of friends and had a great time in the learning environment provided. Also, it was a great opportunity to see how work at J.P. Morgan feels like and I left with a very good impression
I felt like a lot of my skills were tested during all the workshops and the feedback was really helpful
The support was amazing and it was provided throughout the whole insight
I have practised a lot of skills such as time management, teamwork and analytical thinking and I have also assimilated a lot of useful tips that i am sure i will put into practise in my future work
The Company
In my opinion, everything was well organised but some activities lasted a bit too long for their purpose, for example, the lego workshop.
It was a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the mentors and coordinators were open to any kind of conversation and answered all my questions.
I felt like all the spring insight was aimed towards our personal development so all I could do is thank to everyone that made this possible
Not only made me understand everything that is involved in a JP Morgan role in the company, but this experience motivated me to work hard in order to actually achieve a role in this company because for me it feels like a dream job.
The company was presented in a lot of different situations and a lot of things related to company culture were explained but I think three days is not enough to make a detailed view of company's culture
For me, I think it was pretty helpful since it convinced me that I want to work at JP Morgan
Everything Else
All the meals, the hotel expenses and also the trip, all were paid by the company
The networking events were really well organised and I had the chance to talk to multiple experienced employees who provided me with a lot of interesting and useful information about the company
I think they played an important part of the insight because, as I said before, I was been answered a lot of question
Yes we did and I was really impressed about the broad range of activities employees can get involved into
I would definitely recommend this experience because it is unique and I had a great time. It also helped me decide that a want to continue my future work experience with JP Morgan
