  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight was not only a new experience, very enriching and even fun, but it also helped me discover how an IB like GS works.

    • When GS says "people are our greatest asset" is not an exaggeration. In GS, even a Spring Intern is trained, and receives continuous feedback to help them grow.

    • HR was always there, at all times. Beyond it, bankers of all seniority were available for me.

    • Although I already had much of the necessary technical background, it was actually useful to help me develop my communication skills and the ability to work in diverse teams.

    • Perfectly structured. You knew what to do at all times and, what is more, the scheduled was applied to the minute.
