The activities showcased how the groups inside the firm work and we were put in the in the same conditions during our activities from which I learned a lot of useful information There were small timing issues, but this allowed more networking which everyone enjoyed.

  • During the three days, there are plenty of group activities. In the groups I have been everyone was listening each other's opinion. The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • In my opinion, three days are enough to get most of the insight. The activity order is extremely well planned. In the first day, we get to know each other making it comfortable to work in groups the next two days. The optimal number of students was a big advantage, so I got to know everyone. On the opposite side, I think to much time was allocate for work shadowing.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Most of the activities of the program help understand what it is like to work with the company. Moreover, we got a lot of opportunities to speak to employees about their experience. There was also two work shadowing sessions where we were shown in depth what an employee really does.

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • 4/5

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
  • The program mostly shows how the people work in the company, rather than what each department works on. The only way to understand what domains are available was to speak to employees. In that way, I understood that I would like to work in this kind of company, but I do not know in which domain.

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Yes, there were a lot of opportunities to network with employees. There were networking sessions at the end of the day and during lunch. The best part is that we had the opportunity to speak to employees from graduate programs, who finished graduate programs and managers. In that way, I could look at the experience in the company from different points of view.

  • Fantastic!

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • Yes. There are lots of opportunities within the company. They have a lot of volunteering opportunities for employees. Moreover, they have events where people interested in the same topic meet each other and talk about their interest. I was extremely excited about their internal library, which is an enormous collection of online courses, videos and books every employee can profit from.

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?
  • I would definitely recommend the insight program to my friends. It is an unforgettable experience which shaped my understanding of how a company works and made me change my vision about how I should organise myself and work. The program brought a lot of new information for me and helped me a lot.
