It's an amazing insight program with hopistable guides. It has a lot of fun activities and an amazing environment. You would be pleased with the energy game after gaining an insight of BP's life. The insight involves all the daily workings as well as expectations from you and tips for your application.

They make you feel very welcomed and valued throughout the process. They would be taking care of all your needs, be it be from dietary needs to application tools and tips. All questions are welcomed and work their best to make all the participants satisfied at the end of the day.

Any questions at any time are welcomed. All questions were completely answered and a detailed insight was provided. Everybody was free to meet the graduates and ask about their life at BP and application process and receive guidance throughout. Presentations from different graduates also provided guidance and support during the program.

It certainly provides you with a way to think forward. It gives you a previee of your graduate job and job expectations as well as guides you how to shape up your future studies and to bring your knowledge into practicality. It widens your horizon and bring into effect the importance of different modules you study throughout your degrre.

It was very well structured as it dtarted with an insight into BP and then a brief description of the program and the details of the program followed by an icebreaker session. Then it involved lunch and meetup with professional graduates and presentations and then physical visits to working environments followed by energy game. Everything was well organised.

The environment throughout the program was very peaceful and friendly. Everybody felt valued and comfortable and there were a lot of breaks in between to make it easy for the participants and live interactions and presentations. It felt like a professional atmospgere with friendly colleagues all around willing to guide you.

The company reimburses all your travel expenses and accomodation expense as well. All the time refreshments and lunch was provided. Graduates took time out of their busy routine to give us an insight and guided us. Interviews and observation in the practical working environment and technical knowledge was provided along with it.

Insight helped alot to visualize and realise my role in the company in future as professional graduate explained their daily life routines and their daily tasks. We were able to witness the real working environment along with the presentations which gave us an idea of what we might be expected to do in near future.

It helped alot to understand the companys culture, values and environment. Companys valyes were stressed upon and interaction with graduates gave us an idea of what the culture in BP is like. It was really helpful in knowing the envitonment and understand with people expect and work along which lines in BP.

It was quite helpful as it gave an idea of working environment and job expectations from the graduates which helped in deciding our career path as well as shaping our path of studies throughout so we can fit in easily. It was a preview of what to expect so you can decide your future career path.

BP reimburses all the travel expenses and accomodation expenses throughtout the program upto a certain limit. They emailed the expenses claim form to everybody to claim their exoenses accompanied by pdf proofs of expenses and were quite accomodating. The staff was suprr friendly to guide you all the way through.
