I was given support and guidance every day which was very helpful to be able to succeed and push myself to future things. 10/10
I was busy every single day. My daily hours were about 9-10 hours of working and just getting though the day. Lots of work to be doing at home as well as in the placement. I enjoyed it though so it wasn’t too difficult to get on with it. 9/10
I was given a lot of responsibility especially with managing different teams of people as well. Making sure they were ok and had everything they needed. 9/10
I learned how to be more open, more honest and how to say no when there is something going on that I don’t like. 9/10
