  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a good insight into understanding the roles that head of departments make in order to run a hotel on a day to day basis successfully.

    • To a certain extent. It was obvious, that they knew I was only there for a temporary period and therefore I was not treated the same as that Of the normal staff.

    • A lot from the general manager who had many oneto one meetings to see how I was getting on

    • It helped me to realise that it is not a business career or degree that I want to undergo.

    • I was paid travel expenses however not paid for the work I did

    • No - I only met colleagues within the certain hotel, not that of a wider scale
