The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed every moment with the team
I felt as if I was working with them instead of for them
They would encourage me to solve problems on my own as it would benefit my learning experience
I was busy, but it didn't feel like I was working
I was following my leaders and making decisions alongside them, I wasnt given any sole responsibility; which is understandable and important.
Best skills that I learnt in my life, were developed during this period
The Company
Job-seekers would also work for those same companies that do what they can to make work better for the employee and the world. It correlates; if a company has a good foundation and they are do-gooders down to their core, they are going to attract employees that will follow the lead and be motivated to keep getting better.
Many companies are looking for that new thing they can do to improve their office. Nowadays, both consumers and job-seekers are looking for companies that do the right thing. Recent studies conducted by Nielsen, prove that the majority of consumers will be willing to pay extra to have sustainable products from companies that have a good mission and purpose. They also found that the majority of job-seekers prefer to work for a company with good practices, as well. Basically, people of all ages want to buy products that have good core values.
I work in a fairly large, fairly busy, office. It's usually pretty loud, and there's a lot of collaboration and communication between my coworkers and I at all times. It's basically my ideal office since we can wear head phones and even though it's a total cube farm I have plenty of space and the free reign to decorate it how I'd like. Only downside is sometimes you can get stuck sitting next to someone annoying and it can be hard to focus like that. I'm close with my boss and a lot of my coworkers so there isn't many conversations that I would deem inappropriate honestly. We talk about crazy stuff and I love it and it's part of what makes me love my job.

I work in a lab. If we had a few plants on the window sill and more ergonomic chairs, it would basically be perfect. I have lots of bench space and my work takes me all over the campus so I'm on the move most of the day, which I like. If we had one fewer person in lab we'd have a lot more space, and that would be nice.
The Culture
I'd love to have a quiet, slow place to work with friendly and nice coworkers that I can be friends with outside of work with a fixed schedule. Right now I'm working a busy retail petstore standing for 8 hours and being overworked. At least I get to see dogs and like most of my coworkers.
A quieter one than I'm in now. Sometimes I volunteer to work on days I know there won't be many people in -- like the Friday before a long weekend -- just because it's so quiet I can really focus. I wear headphones so I can block out a lot of noise but sometimes even music or white noise is distracting and I really don't want to listen to the inane conversations of others. I'm at least 10 years younger than most of my coworkers and we have very little in common.
The floor is traditionally very conservative in both dress and speech. We're good friends with those around us and joke around a ton, but if we touch upon typically controversial topics like politics and social issues, conversations are kept very light and polite. Swearing is pretty common and the men are always teasing/ripping on each other.
I would love to work somewhere that I'm not just in front of a computer screen all day in the middle of a cube farm. I enjoy talking to others and being able to walk around quite a bit. I think I would probably enjoy something like being a therapist where I'd get more interaction with people and it's generally a bit more casual environment.
