The Role
Most exposure to real work issues and task, responsibility from the first day on. Interesting projects and own input is appreciated.
Everyone treats every colleague equally important. Your opinion is valued.
No matter what questions or problem I had, I also received help and no question was stupid.
Depended on what projects you were working on at that time.
I think it helps me allowed in my confidence and how I approach problems now.
The Company
Really positive and cheered up. It never felled like work and I enjoyed every day.
During the placement, there are modules you have to attend to. But you can also always ask for participating in a training that interests you.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The current jobs are really interesting, but there are not that many available in my area.
The Culture
Yes, on a regular basis you hung out with them.
I wanted to live closer to London so I knew that it will be more expensive.
Small village, a lot of pubs.
