About You
I really enjoyed my experience. I met great people and learnt more about the company. I was involved in many different and exciting activities.
I feel like my work and my commitment were very much appreciated by the team. They were always keen to listen to my opinions and they even let me present to the client's project manager.
I was very supported, especially from the team leader. They provided me with insights about what it actually is like to work in PwC.
I think I had the opportunity to develop both hard and soft skills, as I learnt more about many technical aspects of tech consulting, as well as how to behave in a consulting project situation and deal with the client.
The Company
I think the programme was well structured overall. We had the chance to both learn more about the company in general and also specialise in a field and have a hands-on experience.
The atmosphere at PwC was great and definitely more relaxed than I expected. I really enjoyed being able to talk to different people who were eager to listen and help.
Considering the short length of the programme, I must say that I am quite satisfied with the skills that I was able to develop. There was no formal training, but the learning experience is definitely positive and enriching at PwC
The insight completely made me change my mind about the company. In fact, I think PwC is now one of my best choices for my ideal career. For this reason, I think it was very helpful.
The insight was of crucial importance for me. Working with the actual team of a company is of invaluable importance, even if only for a week.
The insight was very helpful as it changed my mind about the company itself.
Everything Else
I think the pay was more than reasonable for such an experience.
I was very happy with the networking opportunities. I met several people coming from different teams, I interacted with the client during meetings and liaised with a Director, as well as with a Senior Manager.
The networking opportunities were good, however, there was not so much emphasis on socials.
I know they are provided with many opportunities, but the insight was not so much focused on that.
I definitely would. The programme is well structured and the company is amazing. It is definitely an enriching experience, even if that is not what you want to do in your future.
