    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • The Insight week at Danone allowed me to gain a bigger understand of not only how Danone works but also how the market it operates in works (FMCG). We had a lot of presentations and interactive sessions with members of the company. Furthermore, the experience also allowed me to increase my network as I met people with similar interest to me.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • During the sessions, members at Danone would ask us for our opinions of different topics and to give feedback on sessions. I felt like I had a voice when I was there.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • We were always with members which told us what work we needed to complete and they were always around to make sure that we could get their help. Moreover, after the insight, the coordinator sent to all of us the powerpoint which were used during the insight.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • I felt the insight had too many free time and I believe they should have filled them with more ice breakers at the beginning. However with that said I was satisfied with the 3 day program overall.

    4/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Most of the other candidates were very friendly which really helped when trying to fell at ease. In addition, the Danone workers were very warm and welcoming, allowing me to feel happier and to perform better when there.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • With the time given, there was sufficient exercises and presentations which allowed us to develop as employees.

    4/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Not fully but this is due to it being simply an insight. I understood everybody's role and what they did but it did not allow us to have a full understand of what it would be like to work in the firm.

    3/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • Being allowed to walk around the offices freely and talking to employees there you could understand the good "vibes" one could get while working there. Common areas are really modern and user friendly, with enough activities which can be used to blow of steam.

    5/5

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
  • It was as now I will be applying for internships at not only Danone but other big FMCG companies as I enjoyed the culture.

  • They were friendly, enjoyable and productive.
