The Role
Most amazing year where I learnt so much about not only restaurants but business. The best part was the great people i meet and obviously free pizza everyday.
I felt extremely valued by the people in various restaurants I worked in and by the business. There is a real family feel in such a huge company.
My manager was brilliant at challenging me in the right way as well as supporting me when things didn't work out. Once I figured out what I wanted to do the whole company offered me exposure and guidance.
No day was the same, working with different people in different places, never a dull day.
I ended up running my own restaurant with 20 team members and over 14k a week sales, I was responsible for every aspect of the running of the business.
It helped me so much as i understood not only how a business runs but a global brand. I learnt how to manage people and myself in an organisation.
The Company
Every restaurant had a real family feel.
I felt so much was invested me i was really shocked.
