The Role
This internship was a great experience as it allowed me to discover different jobs related to different asset classes.
At Goldman, we feel valued as everybody is taking the time to explain you something or to help you on any problem you may have.
People at GS are trying to help you everytime and they give you the support you need when you need it.
It was a very busy internship. Indeed, we had to prove to the team where we were assigned that we could be the good person for them!
I had a lot of responsabilities during this internship, even if the rotations were for 1 week.
It helped me a lot. Indeed, the huge exposure we had on different asset classes and jobs allowed us to develop strong communication and hard skills that will help us in our careers
The Company
The atmosphere was great. People are very friendly at Goldman Sachs and they always try to help you by teaching you things in the good way.
The organisation was perfect. HCM did a great job. I also really enjoyed the set up of the internship that is organised by doing several rotations on different desks.
At the beginning of the placement, we had a 3 week training, it allowed us to learn a lot and to have the opportunity to network.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Especially at Goldman Sachs, I think that if we work hard, we can be reward. So, I think that the future prospects are great.
The Culture
The atmosphere with other interns was great. for sure it is an environment where everybody is working hard, but people are helping each other.
London is an expensive city, but we were well paid.
There were a lot of possibilities to do activities with people we worked with.
