The Role
A year full of fantastic opportunities, helped to put everything from university into practice and taught me many invaluable skills.
Treated the same as a permanent full time employee, had my own projects and responsibilities. A true experience of Work.
Had my own mentor to help guide my learning and support me through the year. Regular meetings and progression meetings with mentor, manage and senior manager.
Always work to be completed, but in a really nice team environment where everyone supports each other’s Work loads
Given responsibility for my own projects throughout the year, along with various other responsibilities within the team and the office as whole
Helped to further develop theory from university as well as teaching new skills that will stay with me for life. Essential workplace experience

A very friendly open office environment, everyone was more than happy to make friends and help if they could.
A very structured year around our development Work. Planned student events and opportunities to allow us to learn as much about th business as we could
Received full training on all aspects of work I was needing to complete my role so that I could get on and work rather than just assisting. Regular training sessions to further develop skills

The Culture
Made a lot of new friends that I stay in touch with regularly after returning to university. Regular meals and nights out or team activities
A cheap area to live in with great social scene
Close to sheffield so commutable if wanted to live in city
Regular evenings out for meals and drinks as well as Christmas party and evenings with friends made in the office
