The Role
I really enjoyed the internship. It was a great opportunity to learn and to meet people in the industry
Everyone was very welcoming and willing to teach and give work. By helping out and doing work for the team I felt like I was really contributing and adding value
My managers and the teams were really willing to give up their time to teach me and give me advice
I was kept busy throughout the days which was great for keeping me intellectually stimulated and ensuring that I was continusouly learning
I was given a lot of responsibility. I had to write morning comment And summaries of research articles for example that would then be later used by the team
I learned so much - from technical, analytical, communication and time management skills- all of which will be very useful throughout my life
The Company
There was a really positive and hard working atmosphere. Everyone was very committed to their job and their team and this created a great environment to work within
It was very well organised. We had the opportunity to see all areas of sales and trading and this could figure out what suited us
They invested a lot in us. We had many mentors and workshops and great access to resources
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
They are very appealing and I look forward to joining the firm next year
