The Role
One of the greatest experiences with a steep learning curve and people to guide you all the way through it.
The team spirit and collaboration environment was superb with colleagues trusting interns and respecting them as if they are full time analysts and belong to the firm.
Guidance and learning is one of the fundamental values of the firm. Every intern was given support by almost all members of the team in which he is part of and there are always willing to answer any questions.
In general quite business, there is always something to do and somewhere where you can contribute if you ask for it.
Interns are treated like full time analysts and the responsibility they are given is essentially the same- you get to own your own projects and do your own spreadsheets/models/presentations contributing individually to the tasks assigned to you.
The fundamental skills you develop are unique and applicable to every industry irrespective of degree/studies course.
The Company
Very friendly and professional atmosphere, one that most interns felt relatively quickly comfortable with.
The organisation was great with events and training sessions scheduled tailored to every individual division.
The firm invests massively in training its interns, arranging senior speeches and presentations from senior people in the firm as well as networking events.
