  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My people manger in particular was beyond helpful. As part of my placement i had to complete a project on a business idea for PwC and his help and support was invaluable. I also felt that i could turn to all management if necessary for help and guidance.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Varied.

    3/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • It varied depending on the type of work i was completing. During my time on an internal application was when i was given the most responsibility, i had to present daily on my progress and had deadlines to meet. I felt the more work i completed related to clients the less responsibility i was given.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The atmosphere was friendly and warm. As many of technology travelled at times the office was very quiet but as everyone usually came home on Fridays there was the opportunity to network then, attend huddles and catch up on current and future projects.

    3/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Well organised- at the beginning i had 2 months of training followed by 2 weeks work placement. it was then the responsibility of the resourcing manager to get work for the following 9 months.

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I was able to use sites such as Pluralsight to learn and enhance my technical skills. I was then given the opportunity to learn and sit a mock of the Price2 qualification. I was given many opportunities to sit courses and gain qualifications but it was at my own discretion.
