    • Very worthwhile skills developed on Leadership Academy not just useful for applying to EY but transferable to other applications and future experiences in business.

    • Not really applicable that much as not in office, but atmosphere with EY staff was great.

    • V well organised Academy - schedule of things to do

    • Invested greatly in terms of leaderhsip training recieved even though working at EY was never forced on us at all

    • Got an internship for 8 weeks following the Academy, quite likely to get job from here aswell I think!
