    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The work given to me over the course of the 10 weeks was varied which gave me a good insight into lots of different parts of the role. The work i was given was also what i would be doing had i been a normal employee. This suprised me as i did not expect to be given work of that importance

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • The team i was put into was made up of a great group of individuals. They instantly made me feel part of the team, by inviting me out for drinks, and other social events. Honestly could not have wished for a nicer group of people. I was especially touched as they all chipped in and got me a couple of leaving gifts.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was sat next to my manager, who was always available for any questions i had, which was very useful. I had weekly catch ups with him, where he would let me know how i was getting on, and how i could improve.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • First week was fairly quiet, as i was given online training to complete. However, once i had done that, my work gradually built up until i was doing a normal employees daily workload
