The Role
It was really interesting, I learn a lot of new technologies. I improve my knowledge on Agile and Jira I met a lot of interesting people and I been able to keep contact with them after I finish the internship
This is not my first internship and I must say that this was the time that I feel more valued within a company
Every single person, from analyst to managers had never say "I cannot answer that" or "I am too busy" to me, they always have time to answer any questions, does not matter how simple the question was.
Extremely busy, but never estress. I enjoy having akways things to do, this make that my time on JP Morgan passed really fast. We have courses, training, events, coding, always was something to do.
A lot! I was given with a project to work on my own, so the responsibility was huge, since if I do not finish my work, the project will not be delivered.
Right now 3 of my 4 modules for this semester is stuff that I learned during my Internship. Even my dissertation is using technologies and knowledge I got during this time with JP Morgan.
The Company
Excellent, people is really kind, helpful and always doing cool stuff after the office. I really miss that.
Excellent! At the beginning of the internship we got a timetable telling us what we need to do everyday. And if something change they will let us know as soon as possible. Beside that human resources was always really happy answering any questions that we had.
No idea how much money they invest, but I am sure that it was a lot. I feel that they spent a lot with courses, training, events in us.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Quite high, I been offered a job offer with them that I accepted inmediently.
The Culture
Yes, we have different social events during the internship where we been able to network with other interns, previous year interns and staff.
Since office was close to my house this questions is not applicable to me.
I am not the type of person that go out too much. But the few times I went out, it was really interesting.
Millions, so many that I could not get involved as much as I would like it. Next year I will try.
