The Role
I have really enjoyed my industrial placement experience. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and feel valued during team meetings.
I feel respected and my ideas have been valued by my colleagues.
My manager was very supportive in identifying my weaknesses and suggesting me opportunities to improve those areas.
It has been quite busy but people could moderate the amount of responsibility they have taken to an extend. I wanted to be busy so I was busy.
I have contributed to a project that has been used by real users. I have been given a significant amount of responsibility.
The soft skills I have developed are definitely the ones that will help me the most in my career.
The Company
Very friendly and open.
It was really well organised, there has been meet-ups and speeches by senior leaders from the firm as well as external speakers.
I have been given many resources to improve my skills. Having a PluralSight account was the best thing ever.
