About You
This was an extremely useful experience, it allowed me to gain an insight into the everyday tasks that are performed within the Technology Consulting team and to decide whether or not I could see myself in the same roles.
Everyone was more than welcoming and personally set aside time to tell me about their PWC experience.
There was always a point of contact which I could turn to at any time during the program.
I was introduced to a number of new programs and concepts which I will put to use in my final year studies.
The Company
The Belfast Technology Consulting team packed as much information as possible into the insight program, they also allowed the structure to be tailored towards my interests.
The atmosphere and attitude of the team was unlike any team I have yet experienced. They were extremely welcoming, helpful and it was clear that they enjoyed working within PWC.
My time at PWC was very brief although they directed me towards a number of different meet ups and books which were available outside of PWC.
It helped me understand the Agile working environment and how extremely important it is to have a supportive network of people around you.
It helped me understand that PWC is forever changing and thinking towards the future.
Its shown me the variety of roles available within PWC.
Everything Else
I was paid around 250 pounds for this weeks experience.
Yes, I was made aware of a number of networking opportunities.
Unfortunately there were none during my weeks placement
Yes, I found out about a number of meet ups available within the Northern Ireland area.
I would highly recommend this insight program to a friend.
