About You
I had initially enjoyed the experience until I faced an unfair assessment due to their neglect of my disability and associated needs.
I did not feel valued due to their treatment of me as a disabled person.
I was lied to about the support available for disabled people.
The experience was useful for going on my CV.
The Company
The structure of 2 weeks in each department worked well, but the other elements (workshops) detracted from this part of the experience.
I felt discriminated against. Some students already seemed to think they had an offer of a Training Contract before completing the scheme and assessment.
They didn't.
It showed me that I would not be supported at the firm.
I now understand that there is a culture of inequality.
I have decided not to pursue being a solicitor due to the experience so it was useful.
Everything Else
I was paid but I do not think there was enough support for those who came from outside of London. It was unfair that those who already had accommodation in London received the same as those who had to pay for a month in a hotel etc.
Yes
Okay

Only if they do not have a disability.
