About You
Very informative and varied.
Everyone was extremely welcoming and took time out of their days to answer my questions and tell me about their professional experience.
I was given a day-long induction that helped me to feel comfortable working in the office and contacted throughout by not only the student recruitment team but other colleages
I wasn't expected to do much in terms of working as I was shadowing a female leader, but I learnt a lot about professional conduct and networking. I feel more confident in an office environment.
The Company
Difficult to answer ebcause I had to be flexible to fit in with the timetable of a busy team leader! But I never felt neglected or unsure of what I was supposed to be doing.
Friendly, interesting and not at all scary!
Didn't really have time for training
Was put in touch with young workers as well as partners and manageres in order to understand the hierarchy and career progression opportunities within the company
Was a 'fly on the wall' at a range of events, from quartly meetings to sports day!
Very! I would like to follow this career path and given the opportunity to do so
Everything Else
I was paid well and reimbursed for travel to another office
lots of opportunities, both in the office and more socially
Brilliant
A grad schemer told me all about the different events and programmes on offer
Absolutely
