The Role
I enjoyed the freedom at which I was allowed to approach my project, but there was always help and support readily available when required.
I felt like I was making an active contribution towards the team and team goals.
When I required support it was there and it was very helpful
There was the occasional lul in my work, but that was to be expected during the summer when someone you need to speak to is on holiday, but usually I could just approach the task from a different angle until the person came back.
I was given an important project and the freedom to approach it how I saw fit.
There were a lot of soft skills I developed as my job required working with a lot of different departments.
The Company
It was a very good team to be a part of, there was great banter amongst the team members and everyone got along.
very well structured. I had my project and goals and a time frame in which to achieve the goals
