  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The primary skills I have been able to advance are my skills surrounding great customer service. Skills such as interpersonal skills and time efficiency were two of the most developed. This was due to Enterprise's standard of customer service requiring efficient and effective service for there customers, which was achieved by the training I received on and off the job. Training was often provided off the job where by was able to apply and develop the skills I have learnt. I aim to do this will the skills I have are learn are up to an excellent standard.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The office atmosphere was relaxed where co-workers are free to interact and converse with one another which made the time at Enterprise feel more welcoming and like a place I was free to expand my horizons with fellow peers. The atmosphere did feel very busy at sometimes, where there were a number of tasks to be completed in a very limited time with a number of pressures. However, due to the training provided, the experience was manageable.
