  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I thoroughly enjoyed my placement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as it allowed me to improve my skill set in a variety of aspects. I have particularly excelled in customer service and sales which are two vital aspects of the organization.

    • Although I was a summer intern with enterpriser Rent-A-Car. I felt like a valued member of the team as all employees are treated equally.

    • The support from your supervisors are phenomenal. .Everyone is willing to help each other out all the time. the main benefit of working at Enterprise is the rapid progression you can achieve in such a short space of time.

    • Working in a busy branch meant that there was always something to do. Although the job aspects requires a lot of working hours, being busy all the time makes the days fly by.

    • I was given full responsibility during my placement which allowed me to show control and leadership in every situation.

    • I believe the long hours will allow me to be much more productive during my hours at university. This will hopefully help me progress my skillset and gain further knowledge in my career path.

    • Great friendly atmosphere 24/7. Feels like a family!

    • Had a well structured plan in place. However more time could be committed to encouraging 3 month interns to work on folders.

    • the firm provide regular training at head office to ensure all employees have a greater knowledge of all aspects of the business.

    • Very pleasing future prospects. progression is a rapid process.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Regular social events at enterprise. Although there is lot of work commitment, enterprise ensure a great work life balance.

    • cost of living in area was slightly expensive. However enterprise pay was well rewarding.

    • Nightlife was great. This was due to all employees getting along really well.

    • There was a few activated to get involved. However more branch events could be organized.
