4.4/5
I could focus on whatever side of the development process interested me more(front end, back end, big or small projects...). The people were all friendly and helpful. Lots of social activities going on.
I was 100% part of the team.
Great guidance and help when stuck on a problem.
There was always work to do, but I was free to take breaks whenever I felt like it.
My code went into the release, I was reviewing pull requests, I presented and demoed pieces of work the team was working on...
I learned a lot about front end development and MVC, as well as how to code in C# and how the day-to-day life of a developer is like and the job that goes behind creating a product(research calls, UX etc ...)
Great, everybody was really friendly and willing to help you with anything
Good, I guess it would have been useful to have some kind of project to get familiar with the code base at the beginning. But other than that it was well organized.
Absolutely, pub nights and other social activities were very frequent
Good enough
Good enough
Definitely, there were many kinds of activities for all kinds of different people(Pokemon GO, chess, pub nights, punting...)
