  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Working at Citi was a great experience, definitely enjoyed my time. A distinct effort was made by my team to get me involved and challenged

  • Obviously it takes some time to break into the culture, but after a bit of time and team events I felt truly involved.

  • Great people to ask questions too, feedback was also useful. Just have to remember to never ask the same question twice and write everything down

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Obviously in banking the workload is extremely variable so it is difficult to time up everything so you are always equally busy.

  • They like to challenge you and if you respond to the challenge they will up the next one. Might be a bit nerve racking but you will learn

  • I had one super star analyst that really assisted my learning he was always there to help me whenever necessary and was always keeping me involved
