    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really enjoyed working at Enterprise as I was able to actually use the theory picked up from my uni lectures into practical application.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • The team atmosphere is really positive and everyone is keen to help you progress and do well. There are also a lot of incentives and recognition/rewards for when you do a good job, from branch lunches to Starbucks runs on busy days right through to financial incentives for hitting targets.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Everyone is keen for you to do well because if you do well the whole branch looks good too, so everyone is really supportive and patient.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Very busy, the atmosphere is very busy but I find this makes the days fly by, I cant believe how quickly these three months have passed.

    5/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • From day one I was given a lot of responsibility as the best way to learn at Enterprise is to learn as you go. I didnt feel like an intern, instead I felt like a valued team member. You're encouraged to set up and pursue your own corporate accounts right from day one which also gives you great networking experience.

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Massively, working at Enterprise isnt just about renting cars, I was exposed to all areas of the business right from Marketing of our Car Club through to general sales experience, customer service, chasing bad debt and everything in between!

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • What I liked best was how clear everything was for me, I was given checklists to pass each stage through to promotion and there was regular training. Training events happen at regular intervals with the group you are with at the assessement centre.

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Financial Bonus

    Company Parties/Events

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Enterprise prides itself from hiring within, so once you complete an internship you are encouraged to stay on as a Campus Brand Manager or part time while you complete your final year of studies, and the is always the opportunity to work for the company after graduation.
