The Role
I loved it. I woke up every day excited to go to work.
The management and training staff I felt very much valued by. My fellow employees in the branch, not so much as there is so much competition in the branches.
I was always given support when I asked and guided on how to progress in my career. Some managers I sensed did not like the way I worked and so had preference of other employees which was annoying but I simply asked for help to those I knew would provide it.
Never a dull moment in Enterprise!
I was never running the day but I was left on my own and made aware of how to run things. At Enterprise, you are not merely an employee you are a Management Trainee
I can apply everything I've learnt to any path I choose to take in life, but I hope my working career will continue with Enterprise.
The Company
It is tense and stressful at times but there is never a dull moment which makes the day go fast. I got on so well with most of my employees (bar one).
We had so much support and the internship was completely planned out. This is by far the best internship on the market.
So much. I have been up to Cardiff 3 times all paid for and hosted by the company and to Bristol once. Money is not an issue when it is investing in their employees.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I will definitely be in contact with the Enterprise team for future career opportunities.
The Culture
Paid for area night out and branch meals every month.
I was able to live at home as Enterprise have locations all over the country.
It's home for me so great!
Yes there are many opportunities but as I am new to the business I don't know many people so don't feel too welcome!
