    • It was challenging but was an enjoyable challenge.

    • My colleagues helped me with any query I had and made me feel part of the team.

    • My management were great help and would always be happy to help.

    • The branch was usually very busy, which made picking up the work much easier.

    • I was given some responsibility but not a huge amount. I feel this was because I was only there for 12 weeks.

    • My skills developed very quickly. This was because of the very fast paced environment.

    • The general atmosphere was upbeat and happy. However, things could become stressed during busy periods.

    • Everyone is roughly the same age which works well and creates a good environment.
