The Role
It was challenging but was an enjoyable challenge.
My colleagues helped me with any query I had and made me feel part of the team.
My management were great help and would always be happy to help.
The branch was usually very busy, which made picking up the work much easier.
I was given some responsibility but not a huge amount. I feel this was because I was only there for 12 weeks.
My skills developed very quickly. This was because of the very fast paced environment.
The Company
The general atmosphere was upbeat and happy. However, things could become stressed during busy periods.
The work placement was very well organized.
The company spent a lot of time focusing on my development. Especially, with training and a training folder.
I would like to apply for a job post graduating.
The Culture
Everyone is roughly the same age which works well and creates a good environment.
Bristol is expensive for living but average for other costs.
Nightlife is amazing in Bristol.
