  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really enjoyed it.

  • I was given praise and told regularly that I was contributing to my team

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was given lots of guidance about the task I was doing when I asked for most projects.

  • Yes. Fairly varied work as well.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I had jobs to do that would actually be used by the sales teams

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Really great for development. Perhaps I would have liked to have been exposed to more shadowing but was still great.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Pretty fun and relaxed.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Mostly very organised but there were a few moments when this was not the case. (Vastly differing scopes for our research projects hadn't been standardized/ last minute change of grad scheme offering)

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • This was really good. We had loads of senior people from across the placement give talks to us every week so we saw the breadth of the company.

  • Has the potential to lead directly to a grad offer.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes. Went for drinks after work most Thursdays, always had lunch together and had lots of social events organized for us by HR

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • High- the city of london

  • Good- lots of bars and Shoreditch/Brick Lane is 15mins away

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Weren't many sports teams or anything to get involved with (but this was mostly due to time constraint but we did have a organised community day.
