The Role
I really enjoyed it.
I was given praise and told regularly that I was contributing to my team
I was given lots of guidance about the task I was doing when I asked for most projects.
Yes. Fairly varied work as well.
I had jobs to do that would actually be used by the sales teams
Really great for development. Perhaps I would have liked to have been exposed to more shadowing but was still great.
The Company
Pretty fun and relaxed.
Mostly very organised but there were a few moments when this was not the case. (Vastly differing scopes for our research projects hadn't been standardized/ last minute change of grad scheme offering)
This was really good. We had loads of senior people from across the placement give talks to us every week so we saw the breadth of the company.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Has the potential to lead directly to a grad offer.
The Culture
Yes. Went for drinks after work most Thursdays, always had lunch together and had lots of social events organized for us by HR
High- the city of london
Good- lots of bars and Shoreditch/Brick Lane is 15mins away
Weren't many sports teams or anything to get involved with (but this was mostly due to time constraint but we did have a organised community day.
