The Role
I really enjoy the work I've been doing and felt supported throughout.
I feel my colleagues really value my work and appreciate my inputs. Everyone in the team are extreamly friendly and we have great social dynamics.
I felt supported throughout. All my questions will be answered and I regularly recieve feedback to help my personal development.
I normally arrive at 8:30am and leave at 5pm. Normally aiming to finish all the work within the day and so no need to stay late.
Reasonable responsibility as what an intern should have - they trust me with the work I've been assigned and gave me opportunity to engage in stakeholder meetings etc.
This internship has helped me to enhance the skills I had and developed skills I don't have. My communication, organisation and IT skills have imporved a lot. The knowledge I learned about how a bank work will help in my degree.
The Company

A lot of intern events throughout including training, conversation with senior managers, network etc,
A lot of madantory trainings and many training resources are easily accessible.
