    • You're part of the team from the very beginning. There's a very lateral, decentralised structure where every person, no matter their level, makes a real contribution towards a project. There's also a strong culture of open, consistent communication. I always received feedback and words of appreciation from the colleagues I worked with.

    • The support I received was incredible - both from my direct people manager, and by other members of the management/leadership team. People are extremely approachable and happy to help.

    • There was a real focus on personal growth and development. I had the opportunity to work at two of the other offices outside of central London - and attend an amazing event at Oxford.
