The Role
On the whole i enjoyed the placement as you learn lots of skills that are relevant to take back to Uni as well as for future reference. There is lots of opportunities to return and be promoted in your placement which motivates you as you go.
In the branch on my experience you become very close. In my experience everyone works for each other and was lucky enough that everyone got on well. Which is needed as you are there for a long time through the day.
At the beginning there needs to be improvement as you are very much thrown into the deep end and there is expected to be a lot of on the job training however realistically this is not always the case as the branch is too busy.
Extremely busy, It is very much full on. If you enjoy working hard then this is the placement for you. Not for the faint hearted.
Lots of autonomy was given to me through the placement and you are very much free to make your own decisions with directions from your managers.
Very much so it learnt me lots of time management and organisational skills which will come in very handy when returning to uni
The Company
In general it was a Happy fun place to work. However there is times when extremely it can be challenging.
Start could be improved with better training in general good through.
You come out at the end with much more knowledge and experience which i think shows a lot of development.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
If the correct opportunity arose then i would come back.
The Culture
Yes everyone got on.
