  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • i enjoyed my placement very much. i got on very well with everyone in my team. i feel i have learnt a lot during my career here and had fun doing so. I did not feel too much pressure from my seniors but did feel like i was making a valuable contribution.

  • i was indeed very valued by the team. i felt like my work was taken seriously as if not completed properly, it would have had many consequences. i was offered support when needed but also left to work independently.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Support and guidance was very good. I worked closely with my manager, as he offered constant feedback and encouragement. i had regular team meeting to discuss areas of business. my tasks were made very clear and feedback was easily given.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Started with very few tasks, which meant i was not very busy. as i developed my skills and picked up more tasks. therefore, the busier i became. At some times, deadlines were very relaxed which meant i could have picked up more tasks.

  • I believe i was given a lot of responsibility. If i made errors in my work, it would have impacted the business significantly.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • the skills i have learned could defiantly help me in the rest of my career. i believe i have learnt a lot and developed as a person. The skills can easily be transferred to the rest of my university and professional career.
