  • The insight allowed me instantly to understand the company culture. All Rolls-Royce employees are friendly, approachable and very easy to get on with. The culture is quite relaxed and focuses on great work, not how many hours you work.

  • It was extremely valuable. Although I loved my experience at Rolls-Royce, I now know I do not want to work on the factory floor. I would rather work in the process chemistry section as a process engineer, ensuring metal alloys are at the correct composition.
