The Role
Friendly and supportive people made the internship a pleasant place to work. However if you are at the airport you need to be prepared to work over time regularly and have a very short break.
Managers and colleagues were always there to help if you have a question, however interns are not rewarded with comission for the essential part of the job - sales, which takes feeling valued away especially if you are good at it. If you want to learn however, you will get all support you need.
Always supportive if you need help. Even during busy times.
If you happen to be put in the airport prepare yourself to be always busy running up and down the car park, with half an hour break your only time to sit down.
Always under supervision, however once you start understanding the ropes you do most of the job yourself, however there isn't much management involved and all you do is day to day work, admin and sales.
As with every internship, it's up to you what you get from it. I learnt a lot of sales techniques, management styles by observing how managers behave. It increases your stamina, teaches hard work.
The Company
Fun
5/10, training was amazing, rest of the internship some people don't really know what the internship entails and don't know your end date etc. Absolutely not a problem unless there is an issue with timing.
If you need extra training, you get it.
Financial Bonus
If you do well, you go far.
