The Role
Very much like my first internship I learnt a few extra things and Surprisingly got to handle more with the beauty and customers then I did at boots the internship was also mentioned by my mentor.
I'm still really close to some of them now they treat me like an adult not like a student which made my time being apart of the company more pleasant for an intern they were very nice
supervisors were great and I had a few as an Intern just keeping an eye out in-case I needed an hand.
I wasn't bored nor too busy I enjoyed learning new things and working in the shop.
Still not much but alot then over internships
Something for life most of it comes in handy for a student how to cut back on money with tips and even the skills for work is something you use in every day life
The Company
this internship wasn't dull but wasn't a joke either I felt mature and they treat me mature although we did have a laugh with customers
Very well seeing it was sorted very last minute I thought I'd just be bored
Wasn't loads but i had alot of training
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I'd defiantly think about it, you learn so much without even realising its a superb placement/internship for students.
The Culture
We got on really well like I said I'm still close friends with two of them and being one of their bridesmaids next month, their really nice and you have friends for life.
I wouldn't say I noticed any different you get student discount some places.
It was fun met a few celebrities on our nights out which was funny
As an intern I didnt think I'd et much but i was wrong i got more opportunities then I did at boots.
