The Role
It was great
I felt relatively valued by my colleagues
I was given a lot of guidance by my manager.
I had a project that kept me busy
My project was pretty important
I learnt a lot about the inner workings of food development and the project management workshop was excellent

Relaxed, happy
Wasn't sure my team had had a lot of warning about my arrival
I had two workshops over the 8 weeks and the rest of the training was on-the-job

The Culture
The Interns were given an induction day and had two further workshops together, as well as a leaving drinks. We ate dinner together a lot
Very expensive as it was in central London
There was plenty of nightlife available as it was central London, but many of the other interns were too busy
The activities outside of work were not particularly publicised but there is a ton of stuff going on in london. There was also a work sports day
