    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Throughout my placement I've been given opportunities and gained experiences over and above what I imagined prior to employment.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Efforts are recognised and reinforced through written feedback from clients and the internal business. All of which is amalgamated into regular performance and graduate reviews to hone in on the lessons and skills learnt whilst celebrating the successes. Leaving the structured reviews behind. The melting pot of skills, cultures and personalities has created a set of friends that I hope will extend far beyond my career.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • 1) Graduate Training every 1/4 2) Regular opportunities for training such as APM PMQ and NEC3 qualifications 3) Line Manager and Graduate Development Advisor provide regular 1-2-1 guidance

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Having studied/studying Project Management at Uni I would have gained transferrable skills through my Assistant Commercial Management Role especially through gaining qualifications such as the APM PMQ.

    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Having been based in a variety of offices through consistent change and client interaction; each office changes in dynamic. The T&T office is focussed but equally social and encourages collaboration between colleagues with the various chains of management sitting amongst each other. The London office is in a stunning location which no doubt contributes to the tone of the office,

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The Placements followed the rigid Graduate Scheme alongside the 1st Year Graduates which has meant the Placement students will have completed the 1st year of the Graduate Scheme before return back to University. 1/4 Graduate Training, 1/4 Reviews and the composure of the Graduate Development Programme (GDP) Document which is the centrepiece of the GDP.
