  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed my time but also have to express the large amount of time it takes, but you will enjoy the time there.

    • Very much so, ERAC employees make you feel welcome and help you to develop your skills whilst being productive

    • They provide excellent support and help through difficult situations both inside and outside of work

    • Extremely but at the same time it makes for a fun energetic environment

    • I was given great responsibility during my placement year, being left to run a branch on my own, handling customer queries and making sure we met all the businesses demands.

    • Enterprise provides great experience in management of a business and people but didn't provide me with much financial experience to help with my degree

    • The majority of the time was very positive but I did have a nightmare manager for a short period of time.

    • very well, excellent structure and lots of training provided.

    • they provide regular training centers and provide help whenever required

    • They offer exceptional levels of progression within the company but be aware you can only go to the first tier within a placement year. If you're good they will keep you on too.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Yes I played 5 a side every week and we regularly went out for meals and drinks

    • There are branches everywhere so you can choose, but for me on the standard salary they were easily manageable

    • below average

    • Yeah 5 a side teams and regular evening events
