Overall good year, but just enough work. Too much sitting around not knowing what i could do.

My skills didn't develop massively but i do now understand the role of a producer better.

Great atmosphere.

Very well organised, i knew my role inside and out.

9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

There was some chances of going to big shoots, but i couldn't go because of budget. Considering i am only here for 1 year it would have been great to see these, especially as a learning process.
