  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The investment was huge. A lot of planning clearly went into the programme. The firm went to significant effort and expense to deliver a great experience to everyone involved. We felt valued and important to the firm. This included training and talks from business leaders from around the world, intense teamwork exercises, and executive level business traning. The opportunity to meet some of the firms clients was a stand out part of traning and development experience.
