    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The atmosphere in the office was much more relaxed than i imagined before I began my placement! I was under the impression that It would be very serious and "corporate", however the laid back atmosphere was what surprised me most and was key in allowing all colleagues to feel comfortable and work effectively, including myself. There was a nice sociable feel to the office where one can feel comfortable in approaching other colleagues at any time whether it was to discuss work or to have a chat.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • I think the internship was set up well, and the process improved as the year went on. The addition of the 'intern days' that we had throughout the year was fun and informative as we got exposed to different functions of the Sony business. The internship was structured in a way to provide support, and to aid us in our development.
