I enjoyed the placement because the work environment is really nice. Although the car industry is male dominated, I barely ever felt out of place.

They constantly looked out for me and ensured I was kept busy. I got on well with them and felt well integrated into the team.

My managers motivated me and pushed me to do things outside my comfort zone. Help was always available when I needed it. Some of them went out of their way to ensure I was fully comfortabl eat all times.

It varied depending on the day and what was going on in the Plant.

Quite a lot of responsibility which made the job enjoyable.

I am confident that the skills I've gained and the insight I've gained from my colleagues would aid me in excelling in my final year in University and in the future.

The atmosphere in my office was really nice. I felt that way when I attended my interview and I'll happily say that it only got better. I've only been here for just over 12 months but I know I'll being around these amazing group of people.

It was well organised to a certain extent. However, in a world where things are being constantly automated, my workload began to reduce and it took some time for them to figure out other things I could get involved in. Regardless, I was still busy and I don't have any regrets.

I'd say quite a lot. I wa sprovided with the opportunity to work with several departments and that helped improved my interpersoanl relationship and communication skills. I was able to interact with a diverse range of people aanf beautiful friendships have stemmed from this.

They have graduate schemes that are quite appealing

There was a great social scene. One of the best things about working here for me has been going to lunch on Thursdays and breakfast on Fridays with my colleagues. It's an enjoyable experience and it provides the space to get to know my colleagues beyond working life.

Oxford is quite an expensive place to live. Rent and bills are costly as well as transport. A day pass cost £4.20 but the benefit it of the day pass is that it can be used for 24 hours unlike other cities, for example, Birmingham, where a day pass is only valid for the day of its purchase regardless of the time it was purchased.

I wouldn't know as I'm not a Nightlife kind of person but I love that there are cafes that are open until midnight. There's usually something going on especially on Cowley Road and in the city centre.

There are many things to do in Oxford even as an intern. One could volunteer for charity shops, take part in after school tutoring, attend events at the University of Oxford. Oxford also has beautiful sights to see and many Museums to be explored. You barely ever get bored from living in Oxford.
