The Role
Started slow but the work soon picked up.
Some placements less so that others. Depended on work available.
A lot of support was available from the majority of people in charge of me.
Not overly busy but always had tasks and projects to work on.
A standard amount for someone new into the company.
They will assist me definitely in the future.
The Company
I was in four different offices over the year so it varied. Generally there was a good atmosphere in the offices and some decent people.
It was relatively organised but it still needed improvements in certain areas, they are targeting these for next year though.
As I'm on an IP year they usually aren't willing to pay for some training the GDFs and beyond get but overall they do invest in reasonable training.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
The prospects are very high due to the nature of the work in Barrow.
The Culture
Reasonably good but could be more organised from the get-go.
One of the cheapest places to live in England and pints are £1.69 in the Kings.
Not that bad for where it is, a bit one dimensional but still a lot of fun to be had.
Many opportunities.
